Kevin is the CEO and co-owner of Down the Street Properties. He oversees the day to day operations and is the person you will meet with during the home selling process. He personally visits every home DTS purchases and is the person who will provide you with your no obligation offer. Kevin has a strong passion for real estate. As a licensed real estate broker in Indiana, Kevin is constantly keeping up with current market values, data, and trends. Kevin also has just under a decade of professional construction experience including: New Construction, Remodeling, Homes in Major distress, and More. When Kevin isn’t meeting with home sellers, he can be found spending time with his family, watching football, and playing fetch with his dog, Molly!

Jake

Jake is the co-owner and field operations manager for Down the Street Properties. When we purchase homes in physical distress or need for updates: Jake is the brains and the brawn for putting our projects together. Jake’s day-to-day includes meeting with our numerous subcontractor partners, designing new layouts, and quality control. Jake has a college degree in design and has extensive knowledge in drafting, quality control, and project management. When Jake isn’t working endlessly, he enjoys watching baseball and spending time with his Wife and Pup, Hugh!
