How Does This Work?

It’s simple! Contact us by phone or our form and a member of our team will reach out at your convenience. From there we will meet with you to learn more about the property. We’ll make you a fair offer in 24 hours or less. From there we coordinate title work at a reputable title company in the area. Once we receive the clear to close, the funds are wired to the title company and you get paid!

Why don’t I just hire a Realtor?

Down the Street Respects that this is YOUR house and YOUR decision. We provide home sellers additional options if they’re not sure what to do with their property or situation. Homes in physical or financial distress may be extremely difficult to sell, and even more difficult to sell quickly. We eliminate all need for repairs, showings, or any need to come out of pocket whatsoever. There are never closing costs or commissions. We pay all closing costs!

How quickly can you close on my house?

We can close in as little as 7 days or as long as 90 days. We work with any schedule or timeline and will close at a time that works for you.

What if I’m not quite ready to sell?
